Mike has over eight years of professional experience in structural design. With diverse experience, he is well-suited to manage projects of various sizes and building materials, from wooden decks to multi-story steel framed structures. He pays special attention to cost-effectiveness and constructability in the design phase and is distinctly attentive and responsive during construction.  Mike is also a skilled drafter with exceptional attention to the detail and quality of construction documents. Mike was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area and enjoys playing baseball and golf.

Qualifications:

Education – San Jose State University, B.S.C.E. - 2006

License – CA Professional Engineer C74560

Experience – 8+ years in concrete, wood and steel construction

Skills – Construction document production, structural design, inspection, plancheck, permit expediting

Kendra Shayna - Office Manager

Kendra has over six years of professional experience in Construction Administration. She is a graduate from California State East Bay with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Management as well as a Certified Accounting Technician. With experience working for both professional designers and general contractors, she is adept at project coordination and administration. Kendra was born and raised in California and enjoys dining out, live music, and exploring San Francisco.
